Seit 1. Juli 2017 gelten in der GIZ für alle bilateralen und regionalen Vorhaben neue Arbeitshilfen im Vorbereitungsprozess für BMZ Angebote. 2018 wurden die Verhandlungen mit dem BMZ für Global- und Sektorvorhaben abgeschlossen, - neue Arbeitshilfen sind seit 2019 in Kraft.1
Die Veränderungen basieren auf der gemeinsamen Verfahrensreform (GVR) der Durchführungsorganisationen mit dem BMZ. Das BMZ hat sich für die Planung mehr politische Steuerung, Transparenz, Rollenklarheit und Nachweis der Wirtschaftlichkeit gewünscht. Die GVR wurde von der GIZ zudem genutzt die Handreichungen zu verschlanken, den unterschiedlichen Vorhabenstypen Rechnung zu tragen und verschiedene Themen wie z. B. Instrumente besser zu integrieren.

“Negotiation towards Successful Cooperation – a peer-to-peer case clinic workshop” is an intensive individualized training for those who want to be successful in constructive negotiations. The course is especially suitable for directors, managerial staff and managers, who currently are/or planning to enter into dialogue with stakeholders.
This intensive online workshop is based on the Harvard Method of negotiation and focuses on how to strategically plan and conduct negotiations in participants’ own programme/project context. Putting their own cases on the table, participants enter into a workshop-style training. Participants will also act as consultants in a guided peer-to-peer-consulting setting, so different viewpoints, assumptions and approaches can be used to define the own negotiation strategy.
Through peer-to-peer consultation and mutual learning, at the end of the course, participants are not only equipped with necessary knowledge in negotiation, but have applied, practiced and sharpened their negotiation strategy to be implemented in their own project context.
